Paula started their career as a Project Manager at Att Veta AB, where they worked on web-based learning games and interactive learning material. Later, they joined Ztorm AB as a Category Manager, where they worked on digital distribution platforms and support systems for computer games, movies, and audio books. Paula then worked as a Backoffice Manager at Garantibil Sverige AB, creating a customer support department for selling and buying used cars online. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Support Nordics at ILT Inläsningstjänst. Paula also has experience as a freelance professional.
