Jan Erola

Jan Erola is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in publishing, consultancy, and public affairs. Currently serving as the Publisher at Nordic Defence Review since June 2023, Jan also holds the position of CEO at Kravat Oy, specializing in communications and export consulting. Jan is a co-host of the podcast ÄVÄ, offering insights on current affairs since September 2018, and serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Suomen Kansallisteatteri, with the role of Vice Chairman since November 2018. Additionally, Jan has been involved in organizing community events as the Producer for the Maunulan Musaa ja Makkaraa festival since June 2014, and works as a freelance moderator and media personality across various platforms, including YLE. Academic credentials include a Master of Social Sciences in Recent / Political History from the University of Helsinki.
