Elvira Eurlings serves as the Chief Investment Officer at ILX since March 2022, previously holding the position of Agent/Director at the Ministry of Finance from February 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included representing the Dutch State Treasury Agency. Prior to that, Eurlings was the Director of Energy at FMO - Dutch Development Bank from July 2013 to February 2018, overseeing energy investments in emerging markets, and also led a finance project team focused on renewable energy in Latin America and Africa. Early experience at FMO included roles as Manager of Credit Analyses, managing investment committee meetings, and serving as Investment Officer responsible for Eastern European investments. Eurlings has also held positions at the International Monetary Fund as an Advisor to the Executive Director and at the Netherlands Ministry of Finance as a Senior Policy Advisor. Educational background includes a degree from Tilburg University obtained between 1994 and 1999.
