Madi Ragsdale

Madi Ragsdale is an experienced marketing professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in customer success, community relations, and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at IM Digital since August 2020, Madi has also co-founded Madjoy, where responsibilities include developing business strategies and managing operations to ensure continuous improvement. Prior roles include Vice President of Community Relations for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity, Social Media Manager for editzbymadz, and various marketing positions at AdventHealth, Jacq & Jack, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, and Youth Marketing Connection. Madi holds a degree in Marketing and Business from the University of Central Florida, enhancing expertise in brand management and customer engagement.
