Greg Schow

Greg Schow has over 25 years of work experience in various roles at Micron Technology and IM Flash. Greg started their career in 1994 as a Developer at Micron, and then held positions in Workforce Development, Manufacturing Integration, Research & Design, and Documentation Writing. In 2001, they became an Engineering Module Owner and later transitioned to roles in Manufacturing Leadership and Defect Analysis. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as an Engineering Coordinator in the Ironman Program and also served as a Manager in Workforce Development for two years. In 2008, they became a Manager in Manufacturing Operations Support and later worked as a Manager in Supply Chain Integration Technology Management. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Director in Strategic Program Management and then as a Director of Human Resources, Strategic Planning, and Program Management at IM Flash. In 2017, they returned to Micron as a Human Resources Business Partner and Training Coach. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Human Resources, Business Partner, Planning, and Program Management at Micron.

Greg Schow obtained a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture & Environmental Sciences from Utah State University in 1992. Greg went on to pursue a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology at the same university, starting in 1994. The end year for both degrees is not provided.
