Max Hoole

Max Hoole currently serves as a Sales Associate at IMA Financial Group, Inc., starting in January 2024. Previously, Max was a Business Development Representative at O.C. Tanner from July 2022 to December 2023 and worked as an Administrative Assistant focusing on Social Media and Personal Lines at Diversified Insurance Group from May 2019 to June 2022. In this role, Max improved operational efficiency, coordinated staff events, and managed communications and legal documentation. Additionally, Max was a Full-time Volunteer Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ecuador from October 2016 to September 2018, where noteworthy achievements included training new volunteers and developing lesson plans. Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Minor in Professional Sales & Business Development from the University of Utah, where studies were completed from August 2018 to May 2022.
