Tricia Pearson

Tricia Pearson, CISR, is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Personal Risk Advisor at IMA Financial Group, Inc. since September 2016. With extensive experience in various roles, including positions as an Assistant Account Executive at Hull & Company and an Independent Insurance Agent at Executive Insurance, Tricia has developed a strong skill set in personal lines account management and customer service. Prior to her insurance career, Tricia worked in education as a Kindergarten Instructional Teacher and Lead Teacher at Calvary Church, demonstrating a commitment to nurturing children’s development. Tricia began her career in insurance at TIH, progressing from Client Services Agent Assistant to Level 2 Agent, where responsibilities included managing large commercial accounts and training new staff. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Appalachian State University.
