Venita Fields

Venita Fields is a seasoned investment professional and corporate board member with extensive experience in private capital investment and governance. Currently serving as a partner at Pelham S2K Managers LLC, Fields invests in lower middle-market companies and contributes to the management of a $100 million Limited Partnership. Fields holds key positions as Board Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at IMA Financial Group, Inc., and as a Board Trustee at Ravinia Festival. Additionally, Fields is Chair of the Board of Directors at Lifespace Communities, Inc., and holds directorship roles at Superior Group of Companies and previously at David's Bridal and Field Fastener. With a strong academic background, including an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Fields has also served as a guest lecturer in entrepreneurial finance.
