Kelly Wilson, Psy.D., L.P. has extensive experience in forensic psychology and expert consultation services. Kelly served as the President, Violence Expert, and Commentator at PsyBar, LLC, providing consultation services to physicians and psychological examiners. At Minneapolis Center for Forensic Psychology, P.A., they worked as the President and Chief Forensic Psychologist, conducting forensic evaluations and serving as an expert witness in court. Kelly also held the position of Director of Forensic Psychology Training and Risk Assessment Coordinator at Minnesota State Operated Forensic Services. Previously, they worked as a Forensic Psychologist/Examiner at Federal Medical Center, where they conducted evaluations and supervised students in forensic psychology. Throughout their career, Kelly has been involved in areas such as independent medical evaluations, workers compensation, risk assessment, competency, criminal responsibility, child custody, and mental health case law.

Kelly Wilson, Psy.D., L.P. completed a Post Doctorate in Psychology specializing in Forensic Psychology from Harvard Medical School’s Law and Psychiatry Service/Children and the Law Program in 2001. Kelly also holds a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Forensic Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology. Prior to that, Kelly earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
