Steve Picken

Steve Picken has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Steve began their career as a Senior Design Engineer at GEC Plessey/Mitel Semiconductors in 1992 and worked there until 1999. Steve then joined RF Micro Devices as a Staff Design Engineer and later became a Group Leader (Engineering) until 2008. Following this, they served as the General Manager/Project Manager at OrthoRadio from 2008 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Steve worked as a Portfolio Manager/Investment Manager. Steve then gained experience as a Project Management Professional at various companies from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they took on the role of Project Manager (Contract) at RockIT before becoming a Project Manager at Victoria University in the same year. Steve joined IMA Management and Technology in 2016 as a Project Manager and later progressed to roles such as Engagement Manager, General Manager - Victoria, and Chief Executive Officer, where they currently hold the position.

Steve Picken holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Leeds. Steve has also obtained a certification in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2015.
