Before joining MyCareText, Andrew owned IMAGE Studios® - a studio suite concept that provides modern spaces to entrepreneurs, and Tutor Doctor Sun Prairie - a personalized tutoring service. In both roles, they focused on supporting and growing small independent business owners.
Earlier in their career, Andrew was the President of The Wellness Network at WebMD, where they led the business's expansion and transformation into a dual revenue model. Andrew also held various leadership roles at The Wellness Network, including President of Business Growth and Vice President of Hospital Development, where they drove explosive growth and successfully established subscription sales as the dominant offering.
Andrew also has experience in the media industry, having worked at NBCUniversal as the Director of Hospital Development and Manager of Education Quality. In these roles, they successfully transitioned from ad-supported revenue to a subscription model and significantly increased revenue.
Additionally, Andrew worked at GE Healthcare as the Program Manager of the Joint Commission Resources Network, where they were responsible for marketing and promoting the quality and safety network.
Andrew started their career as a Project Manager at Med-IQ, a role they held for two years.

Andrew Romagna obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Later on, they pursued a Masters degree in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Romagna acquired the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from GE Healthcare in December 2003.
