Sebastian Felsen

Sebastian Felsen has extensive experience in finance and business development. Sebastian currently works as the Director of FP&A Operations at ImageFIRST, where they are responsible for optimizing financial performance and supporting supply chain initiatives. Prior to this role, they held various positions at FMC Corporation, including Finance Director for Global Technical Sales & Strategic Marketing, Director of Financial Modernization, Director of Strategy and Business Development, Group Finance Manager and Global Innovation Controller, and Mergers & Acquisitions Manager for the Agricultural Products Group. In these roles, Sebastian led global teams, drove financial performance, and executed external growth opportunities, including managing large acquisitions and integration plans.

Sebastian Felsen earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. In addition, they completed a Banking Course in Banking and Financial Support Services from Asociacion de Bancos De La Republica Argentina.
