Angela Buquet

Angela Buquet has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries and roles. In 2017, they started as an intern at WOMEN FOR AFRICA (W4A) LIMITED, where they gained valuable experience. In 2020, they joined The Walt Disney Company as a Customer Service Advocate. Later that year, they became a Publicity Campaign and Community Manager at WowPods, responsible for expanding the company's market in Spain through advertisement campaigns. In 2022, Angela worked as a Summer Intern at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, a top Spanish law firm, assisting the Partner in charge of the London office with legal research. In 2021, they took on the role of Operations Team Lead at Stint, managing a part-time team of 30 people and focusing on maximizing KPIs and quality standards. Currently, Angela is working as an iGV Team Leader at AIESEC, where they lead the sales team, handles negotiation processes, acquires new clientele, and distributes tasks among team members.

Angela Buquet began their education in 2017 at IES Ramiro de Maeztu, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate and Spanish Baccalaureate in the field of Social Sciences. In 2020, they enrolled in King's College London and Universitat Pompeu Fabra, pursuing a degree in English Law and Spanish Law. This program in law continued until 2024. In 2023, Angela briefly attended HarvardX for a specialized course called CS50 for Lawyers: Computational Thinking, focusing on computer science.
