Brittany Blalock

Brittany Blalock's work experience begins with their current role as an Instructional Designer & Content Developer at Imagen Dental Partners. In this position, they create content for Imagen University to educate and develop partner practices, including conducting needs analysis and feedback surveys on educational initiatives.

Prior to their current role, Brittany worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Paradox from October 2021 to August 2022. Their responsibilities included creating curriculum for computer science students, developing web-based training modules for SaaS products, and coordinating new hire hardware and access.

Before joining Paradox, Brittany was a Learning Facilitator at the University of Phoenix from February 2019 to September 2021. Brittany facilitated classes for new hires, designed a video montage recognized by leadership, and implemented Rehearsal software into training sessions. Brittany also had a previous role as an Enrollment Representative at the University of Phoenix from July 2014 to February 2019, where they achieved notable results in student enrollment and retention, led a committee in planning employee engagement events, and designed training content for the Continuing Education Department.

Brittany Blalock's education history begins with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, which they received from Arizona State University from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Adult Education and Training at the University of Phoenix from 2014 to 2017. Later, in 2019, they obtained a Graduate Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Phoenix. Currently, in 2021, Brittany is pursuing Continuing Education in Graphic Information Technology at Arizona State University.
