Starr LaMonde MBA

Starr LaMonde, MBA has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Starr began their career as a Consultant/Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) Therapist at Therapeutic Concepts LLC, where they engaged in all aspects of business communications and marketing initiatives, as well as web design and development, content, e-commerce, and site management. In 2011, Starr moved to Life Skills Centers Inc as Director, where they designed and ensured the implementation of interventions and treatment plans for adults with developmental disabilities in a community setting. Starr also oversaw all aspects of business operations, including accounting, billing, documentation, facilities maintenance, grant writing, invoices, marketing, and presentations for program support. In 2014, Starr took on a Supervisor role at The Behavioral Center of Michigan, where they guided the activities of a multidisciplinary communication platform, as well as oversaw staff activities and development, recruiting and onboarding staff members. Most recently, Starr has been a Systems Engineer at ImageSoft since 2021.

Starr LaMonde holds a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Grand Valley State University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Central Michigan University. In addition, Starr obtained a Learn HTML Course certification from Codecademy in December 2022.
