Melissa W. started their work experience in November 2014 at POD, Inc. as a Requirements Traceability Specialist. Melissa worked in this role until December 2016. In November 2014, they also began working at RESPEC as a Service Analyst II and continued in that position until January 2021. In January 2021, Melissa started working at Sargent & Lundy as a Quality Assurance Analyst and stayed there until April 2022. Currently, they are working as a QA Analyst at ImageTrend, starting in May 2022.
Melissa W. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at The University of New Mexico from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Central New Mexico Community College from 2009 to 2011, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
In addition to their education, Melissa has obtained several certifications. Melissa earned a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2021.
