Lucy Spiers

Lucy Spiers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lucy started their career in 1986 as a Team Manager at American Express Global Business Travel, where they worked until 1995. Lucy then joined Imagination as a Travel Manager for Roadshows and Automotive Events, a position they held until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they served as the Head of Imagination Ltd Travel, Automotive Events.

In 2002, Lucy transitioned to freelance work and became a Freelance Travel Manager at Imagination. Their responsibilities included organizing flights, accommodation, and visas for event-related groups. Lucy managed group deals with airlines and hotels, catering to clients such as Ford Motor Company and Shell. Concurrently, they worked part-time as an Automotive Event Hotel Planning and Contracting assistant.

In 2015, Lucy expanded their skillset by becoming a Stock Photographer for Getty Images and later Shutterstock. Lucy joined Lucy Spiers Gardening in 2020, working as a Gardener during the Covid pandemic when their usual freelance event work was on hold. Their tasks included pruning, weeding, tidying, and basic planting design. Additionally, they worked as a Dog Walker at Lucy's Doggy Daycare from 2015 to 2017.
