Inbal Fogel has held various administrative roles since 1993. Inbal Fogel began their career as a PA to the CEO of R.F. Engineering in 1993, where they were responsible for the computerized process of the company, completing applications for government tenders, interfacing with suppliers for quotations, submitting work orders and contracts for signature, and administering the company's real estate portfolio. From 2001-2018, they were a PA to the CEO and Administrative Manager of CommonSense Ltd., where they worked with the company's accountants, attorney, and board of directors, managed monthly reports and employees, interacted with customers and suppliers, and executed orders and payments to suppliers. From 2018-2019, they were a PA to the CEO of Arcreative Media | Medical Animation | Medical Illustrations. From 2019-2021, they worked as an Administrative Manager at High Sec Labs. Most recently, they have held the role of Administrative Manager at Imagindairy Ltd since 2021.

Inbal Fogel attended The Hebrew Reali School from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a degree in Englialsh and litrature. Inbal Fogel then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harriot Watt University and a B.A. in English from the University of Haifa.
