Karim Haddad has worked in the industry since 2009. Karim started their career at Protalix Biotherapiutics as a Pilot Manager, where they were responsible for employee recruitment and performance evaluation, ongoing management, department meetings, annual feedback and evaluation conversations, training and employee qualification. Karim was also a product developer in preclinical and clinical stages in a GMP facility (clean rooms). Karim was a technology transfer specialist, working with R&D, Production, QA, QC, IPO, Purchasing, Engineering, Validation, Maintenance, and Supply chain. Karim also had deep knowledge in Upstream and downstream production stages, and was responsible for Facility Preparations for the European QP Inspection. Karim also performed Annual audits, wrote validation and deviation protocols, and handled deviations, including determining the quality effect of the product and improving efficiency. Karim also worked as a Validation Engineer for computerized off-the shelf systems, Production Project Lead (cleaning validation Eng.), Pilot Team Leader, and Prodution Engineer. In 2022, Karim Haddad joined Imagindairy Ltd as a Technology Transfer Manager.

Karim Haddad's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008. Karim also completed a project management program at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2019. In 2020, they began a Master of Business Administration - MBA at Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, in 2022, they are expected to complete an executive education program at Cambridge Judge Business School in International/Global Studies.
