Bill Cleveland's work experience includes various roles in the media and technology industry. Bill started their career as a Media Consultant at Columbine CJDS / Encoda in 2000. Bill then worked as a Documentation Manager at Optimal Solutions Inc. from 2002 to 2005, where they managed a team of writers and editors and developed marketing communications. Bill continued at Optimal Solutions Inc. as the Manager of Client Relations from 2005 to 2007, responsible for client satisfaction and selling professional services.

Afterwards, Bill joined Harris Corporation in 2007 as a Senior Account Manager, revitalizing accounts and achieving a 100% renewal rate over a 5-year renewal cycle. Bill also designed interdepartmental reporting for client concerns. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Senior Business Analyst, specializing in multi-product multi-site integrations.

In 2012, Bill became the Vice President of Business Engineering at Blue Ocean Consulting, where they designed data-driven websites, developed reporting tools, and implemented CRM and workflow solutions. Bill then moved to Harris Broadcast (formerly Harris Corporation) in 2013 as a Key Account Manager for Ad Tech, revitalizing legacy accounts and achieving 100% renewal rate for named key accounts.

From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at Imagine Communications, where they designed and implemented databases, built trade show booth environments, and led pre-sales activities for the Ad Tech product line. Bill then became the Business Development Director - AdTech from 2016 to 2019, responsible for revenue growth and exceeding target quotas.

In 2020, Bill took on the role of Regional Sales Director at Imagine Communications, pricing, negotiating, and managing business within multi-state regions. Bill exceeded target quotas and expanded the company's footprint. Currently, they are the Director of Regional and Strategic Accounts at Imagine Communications, responsible for revenue growth in various verticals.

Bill Cleveland attended The University of Kansas, where they earned a degree. Bill later obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master in 2016.
