Samir Vora

Samir Vora has extensive work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Samir is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Imagine Communications since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Engineering Leader at Fisher Investments from 2020 to 2022 and Change Healthcare from 2020 to 2020. Samir also served as a Senior Engineering Leader at WageWorks from 2016 to 2019 and held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Imagine Communications from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they worked as an Engineering Manager at OpenTV from 2006 to 2012 and as a Senior Software Engineer at OpenTV from 2005 to 2006. Samir started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at CAM Systems, LLC from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, in 2020, they had a self-employed role through Vora Enterprise.

Samir Vora completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1986 to 1989. Samir then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Graduate School from 1990 to 1992.
