Doug Gilpin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Doug began their career in 2011, working as a Sales Associate at JC Penny's, where they demonstrated skills in customer service, crisis management, and cash handling. Doug also handles MSP onboarding and provides information gathering and support for client networks.

Doug Gilpin attended Lakes High school from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Afterward, they enrolled at The Art Institutes in 2006 and completed their Bachelors degree in Media Arts and Animation in 2011.
