Pipier Bewlay

VP, People at Imagine Learning

Pipier Bewlay is the current VP of People at Imagine Learning. Pipier has over two years of experience in the field and has worked with Imagine Learning since July 2019. In their previous position, they lead the national People function for the organization working with the Executive team and Private Equity owners.

During their time at Imagine Learning, they have been responsible for facilitating business continuation program for COVID-19 management, including employee communications, Health and Safety (PPE, Building sanitization, etc.), and ongoing planning. Pipier has also designed processes to manage organization realignment to maintain a positive employee experience throughout the various stages, while facilitating a reduction in force of 40 employees. In addition, they have worked with CEO and Owners to realign organizational structure to refocus product teams and tech resources eliminating $600,000 in spend for 2020.

Pipier Bewlay is currently in the process of completing the final stages of acquisition (ATI) to integrate 35 new employees into Imagine Learning, Inc. Pipier is also assessing current programs and processes to build People Strategy for 2021 and beyond as part of our parent company structure Weld North Education.

Pipier Bewlay's educational career includes a BS in Business Administration/Human Resources from Oakland University, a certification in Building a Talent Pipeline from New Recruits to Leadership from LinkedIn, a certification in Disrupting Yourself from LinkedIn, a certification in SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, a certification in Equality Utah: Diversity in the Workplace from Equality Utah, and a certification in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.

They are on a team with Patricio Dujan - EVP, Customer Success, Brent Taylor - VP, Finance, and Amy Scholz - Chief Marketing Officer. Pipier Bewlay reports to Jeremy Cowdrey, Chief Executive Officer.
