Ahmima Sihem

Ahmima Sihem possesses 20 years of experience in small and medium-sized enterprises, with over 10 years in an international environment. Currently serving as the Directrice administrative et financière et Ressources Humaines at Imagine Optic since 2009, Ahmima oversees financial and HR functions, including financial analysis, treasury management, budget control, and team management. Previous roles include Directrice Administrative & Financière and Contrôleur de Gestion at Advestigo (Hologram Industries) from 2005 to 2008. Ahmima holds a DESS in creation and management of SMEs from Université Paris Cité, where studies continue. Fluent in operational English, Ahmima regularly engages with the U.S. subsidiary and maintains relationships with external partners for administrative and legal matters.
