Miti Naik, (CSM, Project Plus)

Miti Naik has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and software development. Starting in 2018, Miti worked as a Data Analyst Intern at DataView VR, where they analyzed financial market data and assisted in organizing internal reports. In 2016, Miti held a Software Developer Intern role at FXCM, where they maintained and implemented changes to the source code, developed angular programs, and ensured correct data sharing. From 2019 onwards, Miti worked at Imagine Software as a Technical Project Manager / Coordinator. In this role, they redesigned and migrated the alert mechanism workflow, worked with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless software integration and upgrades, and directly engaged with clients to drive software implementation projects. Miti is currently employed at eTelligent Group as a Project Manager/ Business Analyst, starting in 2022.

Miti Naik obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Rutgers University - Newark, completing their education from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in October 2021, and CompTIA Project+ certification from CompTIA (obtained month and year unspecified). They have also completed courses such as "Introduction to PowerBi [2023 Edition]" from Udemy in May 2023, and "Managing Jira Projects: 2 Managing Boards" and "Managing Jira Projects: 1 Introduction" from LinkedIn in November 2022 and January 2022, respectively.
