Tom Fels is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in driving purpose-driven growth and transformation. As Founder and CEO of Animarem, Fels focuses on guiding organizations towards sustainability and inclusivity. In addition to leading Animarem, Fels serves as Market Builder and B Leader for B Lab in Southern Africa, aiding in the transformation of economic systems. Fels holds various leadership positions, including Non-Executive Director at Rogerwilco, Executive Advisor and Purpose Coach, Global Ambassador for the Transformational Travel Council, and IMAGINE Leader for a global impact community. Previous roles include CEO of Singita and Nurun, as well as Group Managing Director at Publicis Machine, where Fels established integrated communication strategies.
