Troy Sisum has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Troy is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Imagine360, where they are responsible for fixing health insurance and providing cost savings for members and employers. Prior to this role, Troy worked as the Vice President of Operations at Healthcare Recovery Solutions, LLC from 2013 to 2018. Troy also gained valuable experience as an attorney at Schwarz Mongeluzzi Law LLP from 2011 to 2018, Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton from 2007 to 2011, Deasey, Mahoney & Bender, Ltd. from 2005 to 2007, and Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Troy has worked as a Sr. Tax Accountant / Corporate & International Tax at CIGNA from 1999 to 2003.

Troy Sisum began their education at La Salle University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a field of study in Political Science and Government. Troy then pursued further studies at Widener University School of Law from 1998 to 2002, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
