Angela Mares

Angela Mares began their career in 1996 as a Customer Support Specialist at Gentex Corporation. In this role, they developed rapport to build and maintain successful ongoing customer relationships, served as a key resource for current and potential Gentex customers, and responded to customer order issues and product inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone and email. In 2022, they transitioned to Imaging Brands, Inc. as a Sales Operations Coordinator. In this role, they utilized Inventory Management and Order Processing Software, built estimates, entered channel orders, input transfer orders, and gear requests, and liaised with Accounting for customer credits, RMAs, discounts, etc.

Angela Mares completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Strategic Management Concentration from Davenport University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing from the same university.
