James Reed has extensive experience in the technology and imaging services industries, with a career spanning over three decades. From February 1999 until retirement, James served as Director of Service at Imaging Office Systems, where responsibilities included guiding a team of 13 support engineers and overseeing operations for the IOS Records Management Center, supporting over 2,000 customers across multiple regions. Prior experience includes a role as Document Imaging and Graphics Specialist at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., where James developed marketing programs for document imaging systems, and serving as Regional Manager at Texas Instruments, overseeing operations for the Data Systems Group. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
