Dr. Ahmed Alkuwaiti

Dr. Ahmed Alkuwaiti, PhD, serves as the Dean of the Deanship of Quality and Academic Accreditation at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University since September 2010, while also holding the role of Supervisor General within the same deanship. In addition, Dr. Alkuwaiti is an Associate Professor specializing in the Quality of Medical Education and Healthcare, and currently functions as the Consultant and Chief Executive Officer of Quality and Patient Safety at Academic Medical City of Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University since September 2023. Dr. Alkuwaiti has held the position of Director of Quality and Patient Safety at King Fahd Hospital of the University since December 1996 and has contributed as a Surveyor for the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Health Care Institutions since January 2008. Furthermore, Dr. Alkuwaiti has been a Senior Surveyor and trainer for the Education & Training Evaluation Commission since March 2011. Education includes a PhD in Quality of Medical Education and Healthcare from Durham University, with prior academic roles at King Faisal University.
