Stephen M. Migausky

Stephen M. Migausky is the Senior Vice President, Legal and General Counsel at Imara. Stephen has held this position since May 2020. Prior to joining Imara, Stephen served as the General Counsel at ArQule from October 2018 to May 2020. Before that, they were the Director and Senior Corporate Counsel at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from June 2014 to October 2018. Stephen began their legal career as a Senior Associate at WilmerHale from March 2010 to June 2014. Stephen also worked as a Research Associate at Boston Health Economics from August 2004 to August 2006.
