Susan Alger

Director, Client Services Canada at iMarketing Solutions Group

Susan Alger has been working in the marketing and advertising industry for over 20 years. Susan started their career as an account manager at TigerTel/UTR, where they worked for three years before moving to Intrinsic Management Inc.

At Intrinsic, Susan worked as an account manager for eight years before being promoted to assistant general manager. In this role, they oversaw Baan World Users, a global network of Baan ERP software users.

In 2006, Susan left Baan to join ENGAGE Interactive, a division of iMarketing Solutions Group. Susan spent nine years at ENGAGE, eventually becoming director of client services. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of account managers and developing strategic marketing plans for clients.

In 2015, Susan was promoted to director of client services for iMarketing Solutions Group Canada. In this role, they manage a team of account managers and provides marketing consultation to Canadian clients.

Susan Alger studied at the University of Guelph from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree.
