Carol Wehner Miron

Carol Wehner Miron, CHRP, CHRL has extensive experience in human resources and business partnering. Carol most recently served as the Vice President of Global People Partnerships at IMAX, where they worked closely with key executives and their teams to support the achievement of business objectives through HR initiatives. Carol also oversaw various departments and international offices. Prior to IMAX, Carol held senior roles at Sun Life Financial and BlackBerry, where they played a crucial role in organizational development and human resources. Carol began their career at Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories, where they served as a Manager of Human Resources and Human Resources Generalist. Throughout their career, Carol has demonstrated their expertise in areas such as talent management, change management, and leadership coaching.

Carol Wehner Miron, CHRP, CHRL has a diverse educational background. Carol obtained their CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation from HRPA in 2007 and their CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) designation from HRPA in 2013. In 1998-1999, they completed a Human Resources program at Humber College. Prior to that, they pursued a Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting at Sheridan College from 1991 to 1994. Carol also received training in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from David Aplin and Associates, ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) and ADR Advanced from Stitt Feld Handy, and Organizational Design Training from Kates Kelser and Capelle and Associates. Additionally, they obtained a Hogan Certified certification from Hogan in 2019 and an Organizational Culture Certification from Human Synergetics in 2014. Carol holds additional certifications as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci and as an IIBA Member from IIBA.
