Jason Geffen

Jason Geffen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the entertainment industry. Jason is currently the Director of Events at IMAX. Previously, they held the position of Director of Regional Publicity & Targeted Marketing at The Walt Disney Studios from 2016 to 2021. In this role, they managed and directed various campaigns for blockbuster films like Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War, Frozen, Star Wars, and more. Before Disney, they served as the Vice President of Regional Publicity & Promotions at Relativity EuropaCorp Distribution from 2015 to 2016, where they created press junkets and implemented regional publicity and promotions for film releases. Jason also worked as a consultant for Warner Bros. Pictures and The Walt Disney Studios, overseeing regional publicity campaigns and leading publicity campaigns for In-Home releases. At Sony Pictures Entertainment, they held roles as a Senior Publicist, managing publicity and promotions agencies for Columbia Pictures films. Additionally, Jason Geffen has experience in education as the Director of Marketing at The Los Angeles Film School.

Jason Geffen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Arizona.
