Joana Góis has eight years of work experience. Joana started their career in 2008 at Barclays Corporate Banking as a Financial Technician, where they were responsible for reporting, performance analytics and planning. In 2013, they transitioned to everis as a Solutions Analyst and Solutions Assistant in the Banking department. In 2016, they joined SIBS as a Sales Representative, promoting their products and services. That same year, they also began working at agap2IT Portugal as a Business Manager and Consultant. In 2019, they moved to TicketLine - Bilhetes para Espetáculos as a New Business Development professional, working to ensure an end-to-end experience for events and shows. In 2021, they joined Paybyrd as a Key Account Manager and in 2022, they began working at Imburse as an Account Manager.

Joana Góis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management between 2005 and 2008. Joana then completed a Postgraduate in Management & Business Consulting from ISEG - Executive Education in 2008-2009. In 2010-2012, they obtained a Master's degree in Management and Industrial Strategy from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management. Prior to this, they attended Escola Secundária Domingos Sequeira from 2002-2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the British Council in 2004, a First Certificate in English from the British Council in 2003, and Merchant Payments 101 from Merchant Advisory Group in 2022. Joana is also in the process of obtaining a Scrum (Professional Qualification).
