Clement Kabiligi

Clément Kabiligi has been with Imbuto Foundation since March 2013, currently serving as Head of Department for Knowledge Development and Research. Prior to this role, Clément worked at Rwanda Telecentre Network as a Business Development Center Manager and at Digital Opportunity Trust as an Intern. Clément also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the National University of Rwanda, where Clément studied from January 2008 to October 2011.
