Alison Duffy

Alison Duffy is the Legal Counsel at Institutional Mortgage Capital, leading negotiations, structuring, and documentation of financing solutions in the Canadian real estate debt market. With previous experience as an Associate Lawyer at Macdonald Sager Manis LLP and roles at various institutions such as the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Employment, Alison has a diverse background in legal and policy work. Alison holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Windsor and an Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science in Political Science from the University of Toronto.
