Ashley Scott

Ashley Scott has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and human resources. Ashley began their career as a Financial Services Intern at HSBC Card Services in 2007. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Technical Recruiter and later as a Senior Recruiter at Brooksource. Ashley then moved on to Citadel Investment Group, where they worked in the Recruiting department from 2010 to 2012. Since 2012, Ashley has been with IMC Trading, initially serving as a Recruiting & HR Analytics professional and later taking on the role of University Recruiting Lead.

Ashley Scott attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Studies with a concentration in Business Administration and Communication. Ashley also pursued a minor in Spanish. In 2007, they participated in a study abroad program at the Cegri International Centre of Higher Learning, where they completed advanced level coursework in Spanish Grammar, Phoenetics, Culture, Law, and Art History. Prior to their university education, Ashley attended Lake Zurich High School.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ashley has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they completed the "Negotiating in a Virtual World" course offered by Kellogg Executive Education. In 2017, they obtained a Brain-Based Coaching Certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute. In 2015, Ashley earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute. Ashley also became a certified QlikView Designer from Qlik in the same year. In 2014, Ashley obtained the MBTI® Certified Practitioner certification from CPP, Inc.
