Cagri Ilce has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Cagri started their career in 2008 at Terralab Laboratuvar Malzemeleri San. Tic. A.Ş., where they worked as a Software Engineer. During their time there, they were involved in designing and developing a robotic instrument, focusing on network and real-time software modules.

In 2010, Cagri joined TAI as a Software Engineer. Here, they worked on the development of Integrity DO-178B on PPC and also gained experience in working with A653 partitioning and MIL-STD 1553 for an airplane modernization project.

In 2011, Cagri moved to IMC - Financial Markets, where they initially worked as a Software Engineer. Cagri then progressed to the role of Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead at TomTom in 2015.
