Carly Lemans

Carly Lemans is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at IMC Trading since December 2020, Carly previously held roles including Owner of CL Legal Services and Interim Legal Counsel from August 2019 to 2023. At MUFG (Bank) Europe N.V., Carly worked as Executive Director of Legal & Corporate Governance, where responsibilities included establishing the legal function within the organization. Prior positions include General Counsel at TMG (Telegraaf Media Groep), Head of Legal at NN Group N.V./ING Insurance, and Senior Vice President Legal at ABN AMRO. Carly started a legal career as an associate at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek after obtaining a degree in Dutch Law from the University of Amsterdam and furthering legal education at New York University School of Law.
