Kate Jones

Kate Jones has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kate most recently worked at IMC Trading, starting in 2021, where they held various HR positions, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Head of Human Resources Business Partnering. Prior to that, they worked at sr4 Partners as a Principal and Consulting Practice Lead, responsible for helping organizations with leadership development and change management. Kate also worked at Ignite, a leadership community by sr4 Partners, where they served as a Partner. Additionally, they worked at BetterUp as a Fellow Coach, Breakthrough Collaborative as the Director of Talent, Training & Design, Accenture as the Manager of Talent & Organizational Performance, Green Circle Partners as a Learning Designer, Project Manager, Facilitator, and Consultant, Northwestern University as an MSLOC Graduate Candidate and LOC Consultant, Sambal Sansthan as a Graduate Intern, and Bliss Training & Consulting as an Instructional Designer & Facilitator. Throughout their career, Kate has gained experience in talent development, human resources, leadership development, change management, coaching, and instructional design.

Kate Jones completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2000 to 2003. Kate then pursued a Master of Science degree in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University from 2007 to 2010. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Kate attended Villanova University in 1999 and completed coursework there, although they did not obtain a degree. In terms of additional certifications, Kate obtained the Hogan Assessments Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in April 2022, the HR as a Business Partner certification from LinkedIn in July 2021, the R2 Strengths Profiler certification from Capp & Co Ltd in April 2016, the Change Intelligence (CQ) certification from Change Catalysts in May 2015, the DISC certification from Chart Your Course International in January 2014, the Denison Leadership Development 360 and Denison Organizational Culture Survey (DOCS) certifications from Denison Consulting in January 2008, the Strength Deployment Inventory certification from PSP (Core Strengths® and TotalSDI®) in August 2007, the FourSight certification from FourSight in September 2006, and the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator certification from CPP, Inc. in October 2005.
