Lauren Sehy is a seasoned professional specializing in learning and employee development with a robust background in human resources and business operations. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Program Manager at IMC Trading since May 2023, Lauren previously contributed to employee engagement and development at Akuna Capital. Earlier experience includes program management and HR business partnering for Citadel’s Software Engineering Development Program, interim Head of Learning & Development, and various roles at LinkedIn and Google focused on customer success and recruitment. Lauren holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed education at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
