Natalie Weitzel

Natalie Weitzel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Natalie most recently held the position of Head of HR Business Partnering and Operations at IMC Trading since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from May 2022 to March 2023.

Prior to their time at IMC Trading, Natalie worked at Kennedys as the Head of Human Resources - APAC from November 2021 to May 2022. Natalie also held roles as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager in Australia, starting in September 2018 and ending in December 2021 and May 2021, respectively.

Before joining Kennedys, Natalie worked at PwC UK as a Human Capital Manager in the Deals department from December 2017 to June 2018. Natalie also served as a Human Capital Advisor in the Consulting division from July 2016 to December 2017.

Earlier in their career, Natalie gained experience at PwC New Zealand as a People and Culture Advisor in the Assurance sector from July 2015 to April 2016. Before that, they worked as a People and Culture Coordinator, also in the Assurance department, from August 2014 to June 2015.

Natalie’s work history also includes a brief stint as an HR Administrator at FNZ Group on a fixed-term contract from May 2014 to August 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Para-Consultant at Niche Recruiting Specialists from January 2013 to May 2014.

Throughout their career, Natalie Weitzel has gained extensive experience in HR roles, progressing from advisory and coordination roles to management positions.

Natalie Weitzel attended Chilton Saint James School from 2004 to 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at the University of Canterbury. Their field of study at the university included Human Resources Management, Sociology, and Media and Communications.
