Russell Brooks

Russell Brooks is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience across various financial institutions. Currently on gardening leave from IMC Trading since July 2021, Russell previously served as a Risk Manager at Credit Suisse, overseeing strategic IT initiatives and stress testing from October 2016 to May 2021. Prior roles include Head of Market Risk Assurance at RBS, Global Head of Market Risk Stress Testing, Operational Risk Manager at UBS, and Head of Business Risk at Tibra Capital, among others. Russell's expertise encompasses building risk frameworks, leading teams, and executing complex stress tests, supported by an MBA in Financial Information Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BA in German, History, and Political Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
