Prior experience includes the role of Global Manager for Business & Marketing Operations at IMCD Plastics, where Wenwen oversaw the integration of strategic acquisitions, doubling revenues and expanding product offerings. Earlier career highlights at DSM include serving as Sales Operations Manager for the Asia-Pacific region, where a comprehensive Account Management program was developed, impacting 150 sales representatives.
