Tracey Butler

Tracey Butler has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Tracey started their career in 2006 as a Conseiller financier at Sanlam Private Wealth. Tracey then worked at Sasfin Bank Ltd from 2007 to 2013, initially as an Analyste risques de crédit and later as a Chargée des relations clientèles. During this time, they gained experience in credit risk analysis, financing import/export transactions, and managing client portfolios.

In 2014, Tracey transitioned to becoming an independent Formateur Anglais, where they worked until 2015. Tracey then joined Trad'Est as an Assistante Commerciale, responsible for talent recruitment for translation projects and interpretation missions. In 2016, they took on the role of Acheteur at Trad'Est, handling contract negotiations, correspondence, and managing projects.

In 2017, Tracey had multiple roles at different companies. Tracey briefly worked as an Assistante Commerciale Sédentaire Export Secteur Afrique Subsaharienne at RICHARDSON. Tracey then joined Chantier Naval de Marseille as an Assistante anglais, where they provided administrative support, including translation and reception tasks.

Since 2017, Tracey has been working at Imcheck Therapeutics, initially as an Office Manager and then as the Head of HR & Office Manager. Tracey'sresponsibilities included administrative support, implementing activity tracking tools, managing communication and events, and assisting with project and mission support. Additionally, Tracey holds a certification in Inclusive Leadership from the Campus de l'inclusion, obtained in January 2022.
