Emmanuelle Giordano Blanchet

Emmanuelle Giordano Blanchet has a diverse work experience in human resources, primarily focusing on HR operations, projects, and administration. Emmanuelle started their HR career at Supercomm Languages & Communication in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant and later became the Office & HR Manager, overseeing the administration team and managing recruitment processes. In 2010, they joined Medtronic as an Associate HR Operations Analyst, where they coordinated HR operations, payroll, and employee benefit programs. Emmanuelle then advanced to the role of HR Operations Analyst, where they provided support to the European Headquarter HR Generalist team and improved HR processes. Following their time at Medtronic, Emmanuelle worked at Pall Corporation as a Payroll Coordinator, responsible for payroll administration, benefits management, and financial reconciliation. After Pall Corporation, they joined KBA-NotaSys SA as a Personnel Administration Specialist, and finally, they are currently working at IMD as an HR Operations & Projects Lead. In this role, they lead HR processes and tools improvement, manages HR operations and audits, implements HRIS and salary benchmarking, and ensures compliance with regulations and HR policies.
