Matthew Crudgington

Matthew Crudgington is an experienced professional with a significant background in family business learning and center operations, currently serving as the Director of Family Business Learning and Center Operations at IMD since October 2015. Previously, Matthew held various roles at EHL, including Head of Partnerships and Director of Alumni Relations & Career Services, where strategic relationship development was a key focus. Earlier experience includes positions at Temenos in human resources and travel management, and a managerial role at Holmes Place International overseeing a multi-unit health and wellness club. Matthew has also participated in extensive executive education programs, including the IMD Executive Coaching Certificate and multiple family business-related certifications. Matthew’s educational foundation in International Hospitality Management was obtained from EHL.
