Rebecca Meadows

Rebecca Meadows is a seasoned leadership consultant and principal at BOLD- Building on Leadership Development since January 2012, and holds the position of managing director. With extensive experience at IMD Business School since January 2005, Rebecca has served as a leadership consultant and learning/program manager. Previous roles include program director at CBS SIMI Executive and manager in advisory and business services at Ernst and Young, where involvement included the development of policies for the Australian Biotechnology Industry. Early career experience at Accenture as a senior consultant focused on business process advising. Educational qualifications include an Executive Development degree from IMD, an Applied Finance and Investment degree from the Securities Institute of Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Science Communication from The Australian National University, and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Pharmacology from The University of Queensland.
