Tyler Jin Zhou Lee

Tyler Jin Zhou Lee is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of Program Management at IMD since June 2020, where responsibilities include developing and implementing the strategic vision for the PMO and providing coaching for team members. Previous roles at IMD included Learning Manager and Program Coordinator Lead, emphasizing program development, client relationship building, and team growth. Prior experience includes a Guest Services Supervisor position at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where Tyler participated in the ARDE Receptionist of the Year competition and was involved in hotel system transformation efforts.
